Cai Jun invited to give a lecture to the training course of Beijing Lawyers Association

       At the morning of December 10, 2016, Beijing Lawyers Association has launched the “Development and Innovation Training Course for lawyers under the Belt and Road strategy” at Beijing Lawyer College, and Mr. Cai, the lawyer and director of our law firm,was invited to give a lecture topics of “Cross-border acquisitions of Chinese enterprises under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code” at the training course. The lecture given by Mr. Cai explained profound theories in simple language, obtaining unanimous favorable comment of participants, including the leaders from Beijing Lawyers Association and hundreds of lawyers.
